Collateral Agent Fees definition

Collateral Agent Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(c).
Collateral Agent Fees means the fees set forth in the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Collateral Agent Fees

Collateral Agent Fees all fees, costs and expenses of the Collateral Agent of the types described in Sections 8.1(c) and 9.4.
