Collateral Account Assignment means an assignment or security agreement with respect to the Collateral Account in substantially the form of Exhibit E attached hereto, as such agreement shall be amended, modified, supplemented and/or restated and in effect from time to time.
Collateral Account Assignment means a pledge and assignment of each Collateral Account in substantially the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.
Collateral Account Assignment means each assignment of a Collateral Account, in the form of Exhibit D hereto, made by a Fund Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, pursuant to which such Fund Party has granted to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, an assignment of such Fund Party's Collateral Account, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
