Collaboration Revenue definition

Collaboration Revenue means any and all upfront, milestone or royalty consideration (in any form, other than services or other in-kind, non-cash or equity payments such as licenses of intellectual property) actually received by Parent, Merger Sub or Surviving Corporation in connection with any Collaboration Agreement executed no later than two (2) years after the Effective Time. Collaboration Revenue shall exclude any funding provided for research to occur after the effective date of such agreement or cost reimbursement payments made under such Collaboration Agreement, but shall include all other revenue regardless of when actually received by Parent, Merger Sub or Surviving Corporation.
Collaboration Revenue means Net Sales of Collaboration Products plus Sublicense Revenue.
Collaboration Revenue means the sum of (a) Net Sales and (b) all other consideration or revenue paid to or received by or on the account of a Party in connection with this Agreement, the Collaboration or the Development and Marketing Program (including, without limitation, any and all Net Sales and all consideration and revenues resulting from Development and Marketing in the ROW).

Collaboration Revenue means all revenue received by ABG in connection with the sale of a software product incorporating a Collaboration Product, including software, informatics services, and informatics support, including revenues collected under Software Maintenance Plans and Custom Maintenance Plans.
