Collaboration Activities definition

Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

Collaboration Activities means the collaborative program of activities for the Development of Collaboration mRNA Constructs and Product Candidates that is engaged in by or on behalf of the Parties under this Agreement during the Collaboration Term, including [***].

• The Parties may desire to publish in scientific journals and present at scientific conferences the results of the Collaboration Activities, subject to the following process.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, either Party may propose publication of the results of the Collaboration Activities following scientific review by the JSC (if in force); provided, that no such publication will be made without written approval by Moderna and Merck.

• The Collaboration Suppliers shall perform the Collaboration Activities and all other obligations of this Agreement in accordance with the Detailed Collaboration Plan.

• The company, upon receiving the regulatory permission during 2010-11, has written off the said advances and receivables of Rs. 8,61,04,680/- after writing back the previously made provisions.

• Promptly following the expiration of the POC Term for a given SAV POC Program, Merck will provide Moderna with the information listed in [***] of the definition of POC Data Package in Section 1.314 for such SAV POC Program that is generated by or on behalf of Merck or its Affiliates in the course of conducting Collaboration Activities for such SAV POC Program.

More Definitions of Collaboration Activities

Collaboration Activities means activities that the Parties have described in a Development Plan and which the Parties shall pursue in connection with development and testing leading to the Commercialization of the Concept.

Collaboration Activities means the activities conducted by or on behalf of one or more of the Parties or its Affiliates as part of the Collaboration.

Collaboration Activities means, collectively, the Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 0 Activities and Collaboration CMC Activities.

Collaboration Activities means those tests, studies and other activities set forth in, or performed in order to obtain the information set forth in, the Collaboration Plan and such other tests, studies and other activities as may be agreed upon from time to time by the JSC.

Collaboration Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

Collaboration Activities means the responsibilities of the Parties under this Agreement to research, develop, manufacture, and commercialize the Product.

Collaboration Activities means the Parties’ activities (performed directly and/or, as may be permitted hereunder, on their behalf through their Affiliates, Third Party sublicensees and/or Third Party subcontractors) performed under this Agreement, including the Clinical Plan and Development Plan.
