Collaborating Organisation definition

Collaborating Organisation means an organisation that contributes to the Grant Activities and, where the context permits, includes its employees, advisers, officers, agents, students and contractors. Commercialise includes, without limitation:
Collaborating Organisation means the party or parties with contact details specified in the Agreement Details and/or Schedule 1.
Collaborating Organisation means the Organisation approved for membership as a JBI Centre of Excellence, the details of which are specified in the covering letter to these terms and conditions.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Clearing Organization means The Depository Trust Company, or, if agreed to by Borrower and Lender, such other clearing agency at which Borrower (or Borrower's agent) and Lender (or Lender's agent) maintain accounts, or a book-entry system maintained by a Federal Reserve Bank.

  • Metropolitan planning organization means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-1-208.5.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Relevant Territory means Hong Kong or such other territory as the Directors may from time to time decide if the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is listed on a stock exchange in such territory;

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.
