Cogint Common Stock definition

Cogint Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.0005, of Cogint.
Cogint Common Stock has the meaning specified in the recitals of this Agreement.
Cogint Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.0005, of Cogint. “Cogint Equity Award” means a Cogint Option or Cogint RSU.
