Codes of Practice definition

Codes of Practice shall have the meaning given to the term in Clause 1.2 of Schedule 3;
Codes of Practice means the codes of practice for the provision of the Services as the same may be amended from time to time, and any other guidance, circulars, policies, directions, protocols, standards, any document of a similar nature that has issued or may be issued by the Executive and/or the Child and Family Agency to the Provider from time to time and any clinical guidance provided by the professional colleges; as may be included in Schedule 2 (Quality & Safety);
Codes of Practice means the codes of practice for emergency response and disaster management plan notified by the Board;

  • All work shall be carried out in strict accordance with the British Standard Codes of Practice and respective Manufacturers' Instructions.

More Definitions of Codes of Practice

Codes of Practice means those codes of practice issued by a Certification Body in accordance with the relevant certification scheme;
Codes of Practice means the Billing and Disconnection Codes of Practice, Marketing Code of Practice; Complaints Code of Practice; Prepayment Metering Code of Practice, Vulnerable Customer Code of Practice and any additional code of practice that the Commission may advise the Licensee that it is required to produce;
Codes of Practice means any standard or code of practice or guidance note produced or published by any relevant local, national or international body including but not limited to the Health and Safety Commission any relevant local authority or statutory undertaker;
Codes of Practice means the codes of practice from time to time made and issued by the Franchise Board under paragraph 31 of the Underwriting Byelaw (No. 2 of 2003);
Codes of Practice and “Codes”: means the Codes required under our Electricity Supply Licence governing the Efficient Use of Electricity, Marketing, Provision of Services for persons who are of Pensionable Age, Disabled or Chronically Sick, Payment of Bills, Services for Prepayment Metering Customers and Complaints Handling;
Codes of Practice means the Department for Constitutional Affairs’ Code of Practice on the Discharge of Public Authorities’ Functions under Part 1 of the FOIA issued under s45 and/or s46 of the FOIA and/or such other code issued under the FOIA as may be relevant from time to time to the University’s discharge of its obligations under the FOIA;
Codes of Practice means the Codes of Practice on the Discharge of Public Authorities’ Functions and on the Management of Records issued pursuant to Sections 45 and 46 of the FOIA and any similar or subsequent codes or guidance issued in relation to the Employer’s FOIA obligations, as amended, updated and replaced from time to time.
