Examples of Code Parties in a sentence

  • A Licensed Provider shall not be entitled to become a Member of CMA where that Licensed Provider is a member of a Licensed Provider's Group where another member of that Group is a Licensed Provider and is already a Member of CMA (but for the avoidance of doubt this shall not prevent such parties from becoming Code Parties in accordance with the provisions of this Market Code).

  • Where a Dispute arises which relates to the performance or actions of the CMA, a representative of each of the Code Parties concerned (including the CMA) who has authority to resolve the Dispute will meet within ten (10) Business Days (or within such longer period as may be agreed, acting reasonably) of any Disputing Party notifying the existence and subject matter of the Dispute to the other Disputing Party(ies) and seek to resolve it.

Related to Code Parties

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Covered Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.
