Code of Good Practice definition

Code of Good Practice means the generic codes or the sector codes as the case may be;
Code of Good Practice means a document issued by the Minister in terms of section 54;
Code of Good Practice means a code of good practice issued by the Minister in terms of section 87 of this Act;
