Code of Discipline definition

Code of Discipline means the Code of Discipline of the Presbyterian Church of Australia;
Code of Discipline means the code established by paragraph (c) of section 11(1) and set out in the Third Schedule;

  • You and Your means the person(s) named on the Schedule as the insured.

  • You/Your means the person(s) (natural or corporate) investing money in the Bond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and includes their successors.

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.

  • Code Official means the Code Enforcement Officer, anyone fulfilling the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer on either a temporary or permanent basis, or any designee of the City Manager, the Director of the Department of Planning and Development Services, or the Code Enforcement Officer.

  • Business association means a nonpublic corporation, joint stock company, investment company, business trust, partnership, or association for business purposes of 2 or more individuals, whether or not for profit, including a banking organization, financial organization, insurance company, or utility.
