Code enforcement personnel definition

Code enforcement personnel or “Code official” means a building official, fire official, plans examiner, or inspector.
Code enforcement personnel means any authorized agent or employee of the City of Midway designated by the city whose duty it is to enforce codes and ordinances enacted by the city, and who has received appropriate training as determined by the city manager. This shall include, but not be limited to, code inspectors and other code compliance personnel (building, zoning, and environmental), law enforcement officers, animal control officers, and fire safety and health inspectors..personnel.
Code enforcement personnel means the Code Enforcement Officer and all Inspectors.
