Code enforcement personnel or “Code official” means a building official, fire official, plans examiner, or inspector.

Code enforcement personnel means any authorized agent or employee of the City of Midway designated by the city whose duty it is to enforce codes and ordinances enacted by the city, and who has received appropriate training as determined by the city manager.
