COBRA Premium definition

COBRA Premium means, with respect to the type and level of coverage provided to the Executive and his/her dependents pursuant to COBRA, the employer-paid portion of the monthly premium for such coverage as applicable for similarly-situated active employees.
COBRA Premium means the monthly cost of providing healthcare continuation coverage for a qualified beneficiary under COBRA, as adjusted from time to time.
COBRA Premium means 100% of the applicable premium, as defined in Code §4980B(f)(4).

  • Each COBRA Premium reimbursement shall be provided to Employee by Company within 30 days of its receipt of such evidence of the COBRA Premium payment; provided, further, however, that Company shall have no obligation to provide Employee the COBRA Premium reimbursement for any period in which Employee is eligible to participate in a group medical plan sponsored by any other employer.

  • Employee agrees and understands that the payment of any COBRA Premium will remain Employee’s sole responsibility.

  • If you timely elect continued coverage under COBRA, the Company will pay the Monthly COBRA Premium until the earliest of (x) 18 months following your Without Cause Termination; (y) the date when you and your eligible dependents become eligible for substantially equivalent health insurance coverage in connection with new employment or self-employment; or (z) the date you cease to be eligible for COBRA continuation coverage for any reason.


More Definitions of COBRA Premium

COBRA Premium means, for a Participant who is entitled to, and elects to receive, continued health coverage under the health plans of the Company or a Subsidiary pursuant to Part 6 of Subchapter I of Title I of the ERISA, the monthly premium paid by the Participant for such coverage.
COBRA Premium means the monthly premium for COBRA continuation coverage under Section 4980B of the Code for the Company’s medical, dental and vision plans in which a Participant was entitled to participate immediately prior to the Participant’s Termination Date (or, if no such coverage is offered by the Company to similarly situation employees as of his or her Termination Date, then such monthly COBRA premium in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control Effective Date).
COBRA Premium means that the Company shall reimburse a Participant for the monthly COBRA premium paid by such Participant for Participant and Participant’s dependents upon election by the Participant of continuation of health insurance coverage as provided under COBRA.
COBRA Premium has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e)(ii).
