Coalition Union definition

Coalition Union means signatories to this Agreement which have executed a collective bargaining agreement with the City.

  • If, after thirty (30) days following such submission to the Rapid Response Team of outstanding matters, the Union and the Employer remain unable to reach a collective bargaining agreement, at the discretion of the Union, the matter may be submitted by the Coalition Union to conventional binding interest arbitration in accordance with procedures set forth below.

  • Notwithstanding the service of a notice to terminate the Agreement, the Supplier shall continue to fulfil its obligations under the Agreement and any Call-Off Contract until the date of termination or expiry of the Agreement or such other date as required.

  • Council Directive means Council Directive 89/552/EEC of 3 October 1989 on the co-ordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in Member States concerning the pursuit of television broadcasting activities as amended by Directive 97/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 June 1997 and by Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2007.   • Credit Union means the registered society.
