More Definitions of CO2 emissions

CO2 emissions of a heavy-duty vehicle means its specific CO2 emissions provided in point 2.3 of its Customer Information file as defined in Part II of Annex IV of Regulation (EU)2017/2400;
CO2 emissions or ‘CO2’ means the emission of carbon dioxide from the tailpipe;
CO2 emissions means the aggregate amount of (i) greenhouse gas emissions that are a direct effect of the Issuer’s own operations which are mainly driven by methane (CH4) emissions and other emissions deriving from gas fired compressors and compression engines, gas consumption for heating buildings and boilers at gas receiving stations (the “CO2 Scope 1 Emissions”) and (ii) emissions which include the indirect emissions of energy procured, mainly related to the use of electricity for electrical compressors and for the production of nitrogen (the “CO2 Scope 2 Emissions”) measured by a total amount of emissions for a given full calendar year in kilotonnes of CO2 equivalents in respect of the total emissions for the Issuer comprising the emissions of all Operated Entities, in line with the GHG Protocol Standard;
CO2 emissions means the level of carbon dioxide emissions for a vehicle measured in accordance with Directive 80/1268/EEC as amended and contained in the relevant EC type-approval certificate or certificate of conformity, and where the vehicle is not type-approved, for that particular vehicle the emissions level contained in a document acceptable to the Authority;
CO2 emissions means the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions for a vehicle measured in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 80/1268/EEC of 16 December 19801 (as amended) and listed in Annex VIII of Council Directive 70/156/EEC of 6 February 19702 (as amended) and contained in the relevant EC type approval certificate or EC certificate of conformity or any other appropriate documentation which confirms compliance with any measures taken to give effect in the State to any act of the European Communities relating to the approximation of the laws of Member States in respect of type approval for the type of vehicle concerned;
