CO2 budget unit definition

CO2 budget unit means a unit that is subject to the CO2 Budget Trading Program requirements under 1.2 of this regulation.
CO2 budget unit means an emissions unit that is subject to the CO2 Budget Trading Program requirements under subsection (b) of this section.
CO2 budget unit means a unit that is subject to the CO2 Budget Trading Program requirements under 9VAC5-140-6040.

  • A CO2 budget unit shall be subject to the requirements specified in item 1 starting on the later, of January 1, 2009 or the date on which the unit commences operation.
