  • Neither the Co-Syndication Agents nor the Documentation Agents (nor any of them individually) in their respective capacities as such shall have any rights, duties or responsibilities hereunder, or any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or otherwise exist against the Co-Syndication Agents or the Documentation Agents (or any of them individually) in their capacities as Agents.
