Co-Sale Agreement definition

Co-Sale Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement of even date herewith by and among the Company, the Investors and the “Key Holders” named therein, as amended from time to time.
Co-Sale Agreement means that certain Third Amended and Restated First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement, dated as of December 3, 2010 by and among the Company and certain shareholders of the Company party thereto, as amended from time to time, or any other similar agreement in effect.
