Co-Managers means, collectively, (a) MUFG Bank, Ltd. (f/k/a The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.), (b) Capital One, N.A., (c) Citizens Bank, National Association and (d) Fifth Third Bank, National Association.
