Co-Lead Counsel means the law firms of Xxxxxxxxx Litowitz Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP and Bleichmar Xxxxx & Auld LLP.

  • Subject to Co-Lead Counsel’s sole discretion as to timing, except that the timing must be consistent with rules requiring that Settlement Class Members be given the opportunity to review fee applications, Co-Lead Counsel may apply to the Court for a fee award, plus expenses, and costs incurred, and current and former class representative service awards to be paid out of the Settlement Fund.
