Co-Issuers definition

Co-Issuers. The Issuer and the Co-Issuer.

Co-Issuers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Co-Issuers means the Issuer and the Co-Issuer, collectively. "Collateral" means the Trust Estate.

• All payments made by the Co-Issuers with respect to this Note shall be applied as provided in the Indenture.

• The Trustee may at any time terminate the agency of any Authenticating Agent by giving written notice of termination to such Authenticating Agent and the Co-Issuers.

• Upon request of any such successor Trustee, the Co-Issuers shall execute any and all instruments for more fully and certainly vesting in and confirming to such successor Trustee all such rights, powers and trusts.

Co-Issuers means the Persons named as the “Co-Issuers” in the preamble to this Indenture, until a Successor Co-Issuer or Co-Issuers shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter, “Co-Issuers” shall mean such Successor Co-Issuer(s).
