CNH Industrial definition

CNH Industrial means CNH Industrial N.V., a company organized under the laws of The Netherlands, and its successors and assigns.
CNH Industrial means the Company and its direct and indirect subsidiaries consolidated by the Company in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
CNH Industrial has the meaning given to it in the first paragraph of this Agreement;
