CNAM Query definition

CNAM Query means a Query that allows CLEC to query a Calling Name Database for Calling Name Information in order to deliver that information to CLEC’s local CNDS subscribers.
CNAM Query means a LIDB Service Application that allows CLEC to query a Calling Name Database for Calling Name Information in order to deliver that information to CLEC's local CNDS subscribers.
CNAM Query means a Query that requests CNAM Information from an AT&T-12STATE LIDB and/or CNAM Database.

  • Customer may use CNAM Query for such authorized purpose only on a call-by-call basis.

  • After the initial term has expired, Ameritech may increase its CNAM Query Rate upon sixty (60) days written notice to Customer unless Customer acts as an agent on behalf of other carriers, in which case Ameritech will provide ninety (90) days written notice.

  • CLEC will also pay SBC-12STATE a per-Query Transport Rate for each Validation and OLNS Query initiated into SBC-12STATE’s LIDB and for each CNAM Query initiated into SBC-SWBT’s LIDB.

CNAM Query means a request to obtain the name associated with an originating line. CNAM Queries may also be referred to as "Generic Name Query" and "1188" Query.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
