CMS CPI Rebate definition

CMS CPI Rebate means, with respect to the Covered Product(s), the quarterly payment by the Manufacturer pursuant to the Manufacturer’s CMS Agreement, made in accordance with 42 U.S.C. § 1396r-8(c)(2).

  • Pursuant to its separate CMS Medicaid Drug Rebate Agreement and CMS CPI Agreement, Manufacturer will calculate and provide CMS rebates to DMAP for the Covered Product(s), which includes the CMS Basic Rebate and the CMS CPI Rebate, as appropriate.

  • Mail order pharmacy means a pharmacy licensed by this

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • HCFA means the United States Health Care Financing Administration and any successor thereto.

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Balance billing means charging or collecting an amount in excess of the Medicaid, Medicare, or contracted reimbursement rate for services covered under a Medicaid, Medicare or employer sponsored beneficiary’s plan. “Balance Billing” does not include charging or collecting deductibles or copayments and coinsurance required by the beneficiary’s plan.

  • Rebate shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.4 of this Agreement;

  • HMO means health maintenance organization.

  • Medical flexible spending arrangement means a benefit plan

  • Pharmacy means prescribed drugs and medicines dispensed by a pharmacist and/or travel and allergy vaccines dispensed by a pharmacist or doctor.

  • Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
