CMS Contract definition

CMS Contract means the contract between Payer and CMS under the Medicare Advantage Program.
CMS Contract means the contract between Aetna and CMS under which Aetna offers the Plan(s) in the applicable time period.
CMS Contract means the contract between CMS and HealthSun for purposes of HealthSun’s participation in the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Programs.
