Cluster Study Process definition

Cluster Study Process means a process whereby a group of Interconnection Requests are studied together, instead of serially, for the purpose of conducting Phase I and II Studies.
Cluster Study Process means the interconnection study process set forth in GIP Section 4. Commercial Operation shall mean the status of an Electric Generating Unit or project phase at a Generating Facility that has commenced generating electricity for sale, excluding electricity generated during Trial Operation. Commercial Operation Date of an Electric Generating Unit or project phase shall mean the date on which thean Electric Generating Unit or project phase at thea Generating Facility commences Commercial Operation as agreed to by the applicable Participating TO, the CAISO, and the Interconnection CustomerParties pursuant to Appendix E to this LGIA, and in accordance with the implementation plan agreed to by the Participating TO and the CAISO for multiple individual Electric Generating Units or project phases at a Generating Facility where an Interconnection Customer intends to establish separate Commercial Operation Dates for those Electric Generating Units or project phasesthe GIA.

Examples of Cluster Study Process in a sentence

  • Cluster Application Window shall mean a period of time specified by the Distribution Provider in which Interconnection Requests will be accepted for processing under the Cluster Study Process as set forth in Section 4.1 of the GIP.

  • Cluster Study Process shall mean the interconnection study process set forth in GIP Section 4.

  • For Interconnection Requests processed under the Cluster Study Process described in the GIDAP, any of the following: the Phase I Interconnection Study conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO, the reassessment of the Phase I Interconnection Study Base Case conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO prior to the commencement of the Phase II Interconnection Study, or the Phase II Interconnection Study conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO, pursuant to the GIDAP.

  • The System Operator may use subgroups in the Cluster Study Process.

  • System Operator and Interconnecting Transmission Owner must maintain the quarterly measures posted on their respective OASIS or website for three (3) calendar years with the first required posting to be the third Cluster Study cycle (including any Transitional Cluster Study cycle, but not Transitional Serial Studies) after System Operator transitions to the Cluster Study Process.

  • The Generating Facility did not participate in the Cluster Study Process and was not subject to the Phase I or Phase II Interconnection Studies.

  • Applicable Interconnection Study Deposit amount as specified in GIP Section 4.2.1 or 4.7.1, as applicable, for the Cluster Study Process or GIP Section 5.2.1 for the Independent Study Process, or $1,500 as provided in GIP Section 6.2 for the Fast Track Process made payable to Southern California Edison Company.

Related to Cluster Study Process

  • Phase II Clinical Trial means a controlled human clinical study that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(b), conducted to study the effectiveness and establish the dose range of a Product for a particular Indication in patients with the disease or condition under study, including a Phase IIA Clinical Study or Phase IIB Clinical Study.
