Club Property definition

Club Property means Timeshare Properties, Owner Beneficiary Rights and Vacation Points, and with respect to the definition of Upgrade, may also mean, as applicable, timeshare property unrelated to Timeshare Loans subject to the Lien of the Indenture.
Club Property means the Club Real Property and the Club Facilities.
Club Property means the Franchise and Club’s Leasehold Estate.

More Definitions of Club Property

Club Property means, for the Club and each Team, the name, player roster, logo, colours, branding, kit design (including playing strip) or any other Intellectual Property Rights associated with or used by the Club in connection with the Club’s participation in the Competition, but excludes the Competition Property;
Club Property means that portion of the Property designated for development of recreational structures and facilities for the use and benefit of all Owners. The Club Property shall be part of the Common Areas.
Club Property means all property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated (including all rights, titles, interests and entitlements) which is held by the Responsible Entity on trust for Members, subject to the Constitution, and includes Application Moneys except Application Moneys in respect of which an Interest is yet to issue or be transferred;
Club Property means the real property described in Exhibit “B” attached hereto or such other real property identified as Club Property by Club Owner from time to time by written amendment to this Club Declaration.
Club Property means the real property located in Nassau County, Florida more particularly described on Exhibit B hereto, which is intended for use as a golf course and related uses, and all improvements thereon including a golf course, parking lots and associated facilities, the use of which is conditioned upon membership in, or the payment of use charges or fees, for the use of such facilities. The Club Property shall not include any of the Property or the Common Areas.
Club Property means all real property comprising Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, and the improvements thereon.
