Club Operator definition

Club Operator. As defined in the Loan Agreement.
Club Operator means the person responsible for managing the renewal and distribution of Authorization to Transport Permits for restricted firearms for Members requiring same.
Club Operator means the entity operating the Club, from time to time. Club Owner and/or the Association may be the Club Operator as provided in this Club Declaration. As of the date hereof, the Club Operator is Verandah Development LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
