Club Member means any club or other organization which is in good standing as a Group Member of VSI and USA Swimming and has athletes and coaches and participates in the sport of swimming. All athletes and coaches of the club or organization must be Individual Members in good standing with VSI and USA Swimming.
Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.
Club means a club for the time being in membership of the Competition.
Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Clubs means the clubs affiliated to the SASA;
membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Association as the dues payable by employees as a consequence of their membership in the Association and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium or special levy (« cotisations » ou « retenues syndicales »);
Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.
Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;
Membership Units means the units into which the ownership interests of the Members in the Company are divided, including such Member’s Economic Interest and the right of such Member to any and all benefits to which such Member may be entitled as provided in this Agreement or under the Act, together with the obligation of such Member to comply with all of the provisions of this Agreement and of the Act.
Membership Interests has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.
Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.
Clubhouse means a community-based program that provides
Membership Interest means a Member’s entire interest in the Company including such Member’s right to receive allocations and distributions pursuant to this Agreement and the right to participate in the management of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with this Agreement, including the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision or action of or by the Members granted pursuant to this Agreement.
Motel means a place of lodging that at any one time will

CAR means a chimeric antigen receptor.
Unions means each of the Unions listed in Part 2 of Annexure A.
