Club House definition

Club House means a Building or establishment used by an association or organization for fraternal, social, or recreational purposes which may include limited cooking facilities, and which is operated for the Use of Club House members and their guests only.
Club House means such part of the Private Recreational Areas and Facilities constructed or to be constructed in accordance with the Approved Plans for use by residents of the Residential Development and their bona fide visitors as a club house from time to time;
Club House means the club house facility to be constructed on the Estate, as more fully provided for in Governing Rule 13.1;

  • Once the Club House is handed over to the society it will be the responsibility of the society to collect the maintenance charges from the inhabitants/residents and to look after the repairs & upkeep of the Club house.
