Club Documents definition

Club Documents means those agreements and other documents governing the use and operation of The Club, including, but not limited to, these Articles, the Club Rules, the Club Affiliation Agreement, the Member Operating Manual, and any other agreements or documents utilized from time to time to establish, operate or describe The Club or to make Accommodations or Other Redemption Opportunities available to the Members of The Club, as such agreements and documents may be entered into, promulgated and/or amended, from time to time.
Club Documents means the Bluegreen Vacation Club multi-site public offering statement and its exhibits as amended from time to time as filed in Florida with the Division.
Club Documents means, collectively, this Club Declaration, the Membership Plan, the Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations, each Member’s Membership Agreement, and any other documents, agreements or instruments so designated by the Club Owner or the Club Operator from time to time, each as may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time.

More Definitions of Club Documents

Club Documents means collectively, the Club membership plan (the “Club Membership Plan”), Club membership fee schedules (the “Club Membership Fee Schedules”), Club rules and regulations (the “Club Rules and Regulations”) and a Club Disclosure Statement to Homesite Purchasers within the Xxxxxxxx’x Mill Community (the “Club Disclosure Statement”).
Club Documents means, collectively, all those documents and instruments listed on Exhibit "H" hereto, as amended and/or restated from time to time.
Club Documents means the Bylaws of The Gauntlet Club in St. Xxxxx Plantation dated January 25, 1991, the Golf Rules and Regulations dated June 1, 1996 and the Tennis Rules and Regulations dated June 1, 1996, copies of which were previously delivered to Purchaser.
Club Documents means the rules and regulations for the Licensed Club, the Club Affiliation Agreement, the Disclosure Guide, the Multisite Timeshare Plan Public Offering Statement and all other documents related to a Licensed Club or the Club reservation system, as amended from time to time, which govern a Member’s use and the operation of a Licensed Club.
Club Documents means each of those instruments governing the use and operation of the Club as set forth on Schedule 4.09(c).
Club Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(i).
Club Documents means collectively the Club Declaration, the Membership Plan, these By-Laws, the Club's Articles of Incorporation, and the Rules and Regulations of the Club, each as it may be amended from time to time
