Club Charges definition

Club Charges means all dues, fees or other charges (including charges for Regular Meetings/Events, food and beverages served at Regular Meetings/Events or other sanctioned events, RI per capita fees, RI magazine subscriptions or other Rotary related activities) payable by Members to the Club as approved by the Board.
Club Charges means the charges related to the Club to be paid by the Owners and/or Members pursuant to the provisions of the Club Declaration, which shall include at a minimum, the Club Dues, charges and sales tax associated with a membership at the Club, as set forth in Section 6 hereof.
Club Charges. The term “Club Charges” means all charges incurred by or on account of a Member or Affiliate for food, drinks, merchandise, goods, guest fees, penalties, and use of the Club’s services and/or Facilities, including all Assessments, monthly minimums, late fees, interest charges, and other indebtedness to the Club, but does not include Annual Dues, Equity Assessments, or Equity Fees.

  • Maintenance Charges, PLC/ Additional PLC, IFMS, Club Charges, Documentation charges, property tax, municipal tax on the Dwelling Unit.

  • If the puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchased, the Breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equal quality, (which will be determined solely by the breeder) within 12 months of the animal’s return.

  • Former co-owners of a Unit shall remain jointly and severally responsible for all Club Charges incurred under the jointly held Membership prior to the termination of any co-owner's interest in the co-owned Unit.

  • Club Owner or Club Operator may sue for unpaid Club Charges and other charges authorized hereunder.

  • All costs of enforcement and/or cure incurred by the Club Operator or Club Owner shall be treated as additional Club Charges owed by the applicable Unit Owner.

  • However, verifying the cost savings would require a complex calculation with many parameters such as how much the life cycle of the legacy system is extended by REST wrapping, what are the wrapper’s implementation and maintenance costs, and how much cheaper the development of new features is without the complexity imposed by the legacy system.Another way in which REST wrapping could bring cost benefits is by delaying the replacement of the legacy system.

  • Club Charges shall be determined by the Club Operator from time to time, and are subject to change as contemplated by the Membership Documents.

Related to Club Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Pass Through Charges means any applicable third party costs or charges relating to the supply and distribution of Energy to the Supply Point(s) including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Electricity Distributor or Gas Transporter (as applicable) that are reflected in our tariff;

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Charges shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.
