Cloud Service Subscription definition

Examples of Cloud Service Subscription in a sentence

  • In case of unilateral refusal after the first contract year of the corresponding Initial Subscription Term, Compensation shall be equal to 20% (applicable to Order Forms with Subscription Term more than 15 months to 36 months)/ 11 % (applicable to Order Forms with Subscription term from 37 months to 60 months) of the remaining subscription fee for the Cloud Service Subscription Term.

  • Upon termination of a Cloud Service Subscription, Customer will be granted access, at no additional charge, to the Cloud Service for an additional 30 days following such termination to enable Customer to access any Customer Data that is archived in the Cloud Service.

  • Upon written request by Customer made before the effective date of termination of a Cloud Service Subscription and for a mutually agreed upon fee, LogRhythm may assist Customer with the transition of Customer Data which remains archived in a Cloud Service after termination of the Cloud Services Subscription.

  • Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, LogRhythm shall not use Customer Data for other than as necessary to provide the Cloud Service to Customer pursuant to Customer’s Cloud Service Subscription.

  • Furthermore, NS FRITS will also provide the possibility to filter out data based on geographical parameters with contextual awareness/relevance to the user‟s geographical location.

  • LogRhythm will make the Cloud Services available to Customer pursuant to this Addendum and any applicable Orders and provide Support Services for the Cloud Service to Customer during the Cloud Service Subscription term at no additional charge.

  • Such permanent increase of Governor Limits and BCS Minimum Royalties takes effect no earlier than at the beginning of the calendar quarter, in which the excess resource consumption of the SAP Cloud Service Subscription has been detected and communicated to Partner by SAP.

  • SAP shall not materially diminish the functionality of the SAP Cloud Service Subscription during the term of the respective Purchase Order.

  • SAP reserves the right to permanently increase the Governor Limits and corresponding BCS Minimum Royalties in case of excess resource consumption of the SAP Cloud Service Subscription.

Related to Cloud Service Subscription

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Subscription Period means the defined period of time of the Subscription as set forth in an Order Form.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.
