Cloud Service definition

Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

Cloud Service means any distinct, hosted, supported and on-demand solution provided by SAP, an SAP Affiliate or an authorized reseller of SAP under an Order Form for Cloud Services.

• The Cloud Service or other services offered through the Cloud Service (e.g., Third-Party Integrations) may be unavailable from time to time, or the available of the above may be for a limited time or vary depending on your region or device.

More Definitions of Cloud Service

Cloud Service or “SAP Cloud Service” means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form, including the Tools provided by SAP to Provider in connection with this Agreement.

Cloud Service means any subscription-based, SAP hosted, supported and operated on- demand solution provided by SAP on behalf of the Partner to the Customer under the Cloud EULA Acceptance Form.

Cloud Service means the Cisco hosted software-as-a-service offering or other Cisco cloud-enabled feature described in the applicable Product Specific Terms. Cloud Service includes applicable Documentation and may also include Software.
