Cloud EULA means the agreement between CSP and End User comprising the following documents: Cloud EULA Acceptance Form, General Terms and Conditions for Cloud Services (for indirect sales), any product-specific Supplemental Terms and all documents referenced therein governing End Users´ use of the Cloud Service.

Examples of Cloud EULA in a sentence

  • Usage is limited to the Usage Metrics and volumes stated in the Cloud EULA Acceptance Form.

  • Partner is prohibited from making any changes to the Cloud EULA Acceptance Form, the Cloud EULA and the Supplemental Terms but may have to insert certain additionally required information into the Cloud EULA Acceptance Form.

  • When Partner submits an order for Cloud Services, Partner must also submit a copy of the Cloud EULA Acceptance Form signed by the End User for whom the Cloud Service is ordered.
