Closing Date Transactions definition

Closing Date Transactions means, collectively (a) the funding of the Loans on the Closing Date and the execution and delivery of Loan Documents to be entered into on the Closing Date, (b) the Debt Proceeds Transfer, and (c) the payment of Closing Date Transaction Expenses.
Closing Date Transactions means the Transactions other than (x) the borrowing of Loans after the Closing Date and the use of the proceeds thereof, and (y) the request for and issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder after the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Closing Date Transactions

Closing Date Transactions has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(a)(xiii).
Closing Date Transactions means the “Transactions” as defined in the Existing Revolving Credit Agreement.
Closing Date Transactions means those Transactions that have been consummated on or prior to the Closing Date.

Closing Date Transactions means, collectively, the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents to be consummated on the Closing Date, as amended, in connection with each of the foregoing.
