Closing Condition definition

Closing Condition means a condition set out in Clause 3.1 and “Closing Conditions” means all those conditions;
Closing Condition means each of the conditions to the Closing set forth in ARTICLE VIII.
Closing Condition shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.14.
