Closed Session definition

Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.
Closed Session means closed to the public as defined in Subsection 4.2 of this By-law.
Closed Session means a meeting, or portion thereof, closed to the public in accordance with s. 239 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c. 25.

Examples of Closed Session in a sentence

  • Code § 11126(e)(2)(A), allows this item to be considered in Closed Session.

More Definitions of Closed Session
