Closed Period definition

Closed Period means (i) ten quotation days preceding and three quotation days following the disclosure to the public of the consolidated financial statements or annual statement of the Company; or (ii) the period as from the date the corporate management possesses material information which could, if disclosed to the public, significantly impact the quotation of the Shares of the Company, until ten quotation days after the day such information is disclosed to the public.
Closed Period means any of the following:
Closed Period means (i) the 10 trading days preceding and following the date on which the Company’s consolidated accounts or, failing that, the annual accounts, are made public; and (ii) the period between (x) the date on which the management bodies of the Company have knowledge of information which, if made public, could have a significant impact on the price of the Share and (y) the end of the tenth trading day following the date on which this information has been made public.
