Closed Order definition

Closed Order means a request, addressed from MARELLI to Supplier, for the purchase/supply of a specified quantity of Products;
Closed Order means an order issued by Marazzi to the Supplier concerning the purchasing of a certain quantity of goods, or, the supplying of certain services, pursuant to the terms and conditions provided thereto, or in the relevant Open Order.
Closed Order means an order indicating all the elements of the contract to be concluded, which therefore, in the event of conclusion of the contract, become entirely binding on the parties.
