Examples of Close of Trading in a sentence
On each Business Day, the Company shall aggregate and calculate the net purchase and redemption orders for Portfolio Shares for each Account received by the Company prior to the Close of Trading on such Business Day (the “Trade Date”).
Instructions received in proper form by the Company after the Close of Trading on any given Business Day shall be treated as if received on the next following Business Day.
Orders for net purchases and/or net redemptions received by the Company prior to the Close of Trading on any given Business Day shall be transmitted to the Distributor or its designee via the NSCC by the latest cycle permitted by NSCC for the Defined Contribution Clearance & Settlement service (“DCC&S”) on the next Business Day.
Prior to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the next following Business Day, the Company shall communicate to the Fund or its designee by email or facsimile or, in the Company’s discretion, by telephone or any other method agreed upon by the parties, the net aggregate purchase or redemption orders (if any) for each Account received by the Close of Trading on the prior Business Day.
All orders communicated to the Fund or its designee by the 10:00 a.m. deadline shall be treated by the Fund or its designee as received prior to the Close of Trading on the Trade Date.
