Clinical Services definition

Clinical Services means a group of specialized practices addressing the bio- psychosocial needs of an individual. For the purposes of this policy, these practices include the specialized care provided by licensed practitioners in the fields of dentistry, medicine, neurology, neuropsychiatry, nursing, nutrition, occupational therapy, pharmacology, physical therapy, psychiatry, psychology, social work, and speech and language pathology.
Clinical Services means the direct and/or indirect provision of medical and healthcare services at the Facility to or for the benefit of persons requesting or requiring such services;
Clinical Services means services such as screening, assessment, placement, treatment planning, counseling, and case management.

Examples of Clinical Services in a sentence

  • Philips will not provide any installation labor or Clinical Services to upgrade Xxxxx Xxxxx monitors.

  • Customer must schedule all Clinical Services, except Response Center Access, at least ten (10) weeks prior to the desired date for Philips to deliver the selected Clinical Services.

  • Education and Support for Fetal Monitoring is not included, and if required, Customer must purchase Clinical Services.

  • All claims must be accompanied by receipts and will be reviewed by the Chief Nursing Executive/Director of Clinical Services for approval.

  • If Customer representative does not schedule delivery of such Clinical Services with Philips, then Philips shall not be obligated to perform such Clinical Services.


More Definitions of Clinical Services

Clinical Services means “incurred claims,” as defined in 3A (8).
Clinical Services means all and any part of the Services described in this Service Schedule to be provided to Clients, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Service Schedule.
