Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.
Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.
Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:
Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.
Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.
Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:
Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties, as of such date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.
Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;
Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Clinical Nurse Consultant means a registered nurse appointed as such to the position, who has at least five years post-basic registration experience and in addition approved post-basic nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which they are appointed or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.
Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Therapeutic court personnel means the staff of a mental
Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.
Scientists means employees who are university graduates in the Natural Sciences, the Applied Sciences, Mathematics or Computer Sciences, who are not classified as professional engineers, and who are engaged in the application of this specialized knowledge in the course of their employment. This definition includes all incumbents in positions identified under the heading of “Scientists” listed in Attachment A to Appendix I entitled “Utilization and Advancement of Professional Engineers and Scientists” in this Agreement. “Scientists” includes employees who satisfy these criteria and who are required to perform supervisory functions.
