Clinical oversight definition

Clinical oversight means oversight provided by an individual who, by virtue of education, train- ing or experience, is capable of assessing the psychosocial history of a substance abuser to determine the treatment plan most appropriate for the client. The person providing oversight shall be designated by the applicant.
