Client Workflow System definition

Client Workflow System means Client’s clinical documentation workflow software-based system, whether now existing or hereafter developed, with core functionality designed to enable (i) workflow from MTSO Services Customers (defined in this Section 1 below) to Client medical transcription personnel, (ii) quality assurance of transcribed documents, and (iii) distribution of textual medical reports to medical specialists, in addition to working with AnyModal CDS as described in Attachments A and A1 to these Terms and Conditions and in the Enrollment Procedures set forth in Attachment B to these Terms and Conditions.
Client Workflow System means Client's software-based clinical documentation workflow system designed primarily to enable (i) capture of dictation recordings, (ii) workflow between Platform Customers, qualified medical transcription personnel and certain medical specialists (including Dictating Physicians), (iii) quality assurance of transcribed documents, and (iv) distribution of textual medical reports to medical specialists (including Dictating Physicians), in addition to working with AnyModal CDS as described in Attachment A of this Agreement.
Client Workflow System means Client’s clinical documentation workflow software designed to enable (i) submission of voice files to AnyModal CDS, (ii) workflow from Client Customers to medical transcription personnel, (iii) quality assurance of transcribed documents, and (iv) distribution of textual medical reports to medical specialists, CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT Page 3 of 41 CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED BY TRANSCEND SERVICES, INC. UNDER RULE 24b-2 in addition to working with AnyModal CDS as described in Attachment A1 and A2 to these Terms and Conditions and in the Enrollment Procedures set forth in Attachment B to these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Client Workflow System in a sentence

  • Except for Submitted Recordings submitted by the Client Workflow System to the AnyModal CDS Service during a Scheduled Downtime (BM) [*******], for each Submitted Recording having a duration of thirty (30) minutes or less, the maximum Turnaround Time (“Maximum TAT (BM)”) in which the Report (BM) for such Submitted Recording will be made available to the Client Workflow System for retrieval by Client or the relevant Platform Customer, as applicable, is [*******].

More Definitions of Client Workflow System

Client Workflow System shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable License Grant/Restrictions Schedule (with the License Grant/Restrictions Schedules described in section 5 (License), below).

Related to Client Workflow System

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services and which is specified as such in Schedule 6 (Third Party Software) to this Contract.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
