Client Property is the software, methodologies, processes and materials owned, licensed or developed by Client prior to the performance of any work under this Agreement or developed independently and outside the scope of any work performed under this Agreement. All copyrights, patents, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights or other ownership rights associated with any Client Property shall belong exclusively to Client.

Client Property means any property, other than real property, issued or made available to the Contractor by the Client in connection with the Contract.

If Client asks Patheon to destroy any Client Property, Client will be responsible for the cost of destruction.
Patheon may ship Client Property to Client or to an external warehouse at Client’s risk and expense.
Client Property At the conclusion of the secondment or at any time on request by the Client the secondee shall return to the Client any property belonging to them or of which they have custody, including software, documents and copies of software or documents.

Client Property means all documents, books, manuals, materials, records, correspondence, papers and information (on whatever media and wherever located) relating to the Business or affairs of the Client or Group Company or its or their customers and business contacts, and any equipment, keys, hardware or software provided for the Consultant’s use by the Client during the Engagement, and any data or documents (including copies) produced, maintained or stored by the Consultant on the Client’s or the Consultant’s computer systems or other electronic equipment during the Engagement (including all Client Materials and Created Materials);

Client Property means original documents and documents prepared for the Client’s benefit which the Member has been retained by the Client to prepare. Client Property includes, but is not limited to, all original documentation belonging to the Client; all documents, information, and data provided to the Member, or to the Member’s Agent, by the Client, or his or her Designate, prior to or after the signing of the Retainer Agreement; the Retainer Agreement; the Initial Consultation Agreement; documents produced by the government or any other third party (e.g., letters) in connection with the Retainer Agreement; and all documents or other property the Member was retained to prepare in connection with the Retainer Agreement.

Client Property means all equipment (including any data and programs stored on the equipment) and other chattels kept on the Supplier’s premises by the Client or persons using the Services under a hosting or reseller agreement that they have with the Client.

Client Property means all property of the Client including without limitation, all Records, keys, security passes, credit cards, equipment, documents, papers, magnetic discs, tapes or other software storage media, film, videos and photographs which belong to the Client or relate to its business or affairs issued to or otherwise in the Consultant's custody;

Client Property shall include the Work Product (as defined below).

Client Property and “Client Records” shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Agents Regulation of the Council.
