Client Premises definition

Client Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Client or its Affiliates which are made available for use by the Constructor or its sub-contractors for carrying out of the Project (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence;

Client Premises means the Client locations wherein the Equipment and Services are provided.

Client Premises means any premises of Client Affiliates in [Country] which the Client or Client Affiliates use to provide services equivalent to the Services immediately prior to the applicable Country Commencement Date;

Examples of Client Premises in a sentence

• Title and property in the Client Premises will remain with the Client and all materials and/or goods supplied under the Agreement will vest in the Client when they are brought on to the Client Premises.

• The Incoterms® Rules 2020, DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), Client Premises apply to this Agreement.

• Client shall allow Mobily access to the Client Premises to the extent reasonably determined by Mobily for the installation, inspection and scheduled or emergency maintenance of hardware and facilities relating to the Service.

• Any equipment owned or leased by the Client (other than equipment, if any, leased by the Client from DYOPATH), including any such equipment which is located in the Facilities and such equipment which is located at Client Premises or other locations leased by the Client, which is being used for communications, internet access, client server applications and general business computing.

• AUTS shall perform the Consulting Services set forth in Schedule A, at the Client Premises set forth in Schedule A, in accordance with the specifications set forth in Schedule A.

Client Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the
