  • The Client indemnifies and must keep indemnified each of the NRL, ARLC, and the NRL Personnel against all such claims, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which may be incurred or sustained by any of the NRL, ARLC, and the NRL Personnel arising from any act, matter or thing done, permitted or omitted to be done by the Client or Client Personnel pursuant to, in default of or in connection with this Agreement.
