Client Facilities definition

Client Facilities means the facilities that the Client intends to rent.
Client Facilities means the facilities that the Client intends to schedule, rent and administer using Facilities Management Portal.
Client Facilities means those Client and/or Client Affiliate spaces, furnished or otherwise as reasonably determined by Client to be suitable for Service Provider to carry out administrative functions associated with the Services and to continue to have installed certain equipment identified in a Service Agreement that will continue to be owned by Client and/or Client Affiliates, together with telephone equipment and services, janitorial services, utilities and office-related equipment, supplies, duplicating services reasonably necessary in connection with the performance of Services and provided in a manner substantially similar to how the same spaces or facilities were operated by Client and/or Client Affiliates prior to the Effective Date.

  • Company shall comply with all industry standards, any Client rules and regulations concerning the use of Client Facilities, Client’s reasonable requests, and all applicable law.

More Definitions of Client Facilities

Client Facilities means the equipment, furniture, office space, office services, secure storage space, staging areas, facilities or other assets owned, licensed, or leased by Client or its affiliates.  “Client Hardware” means any existing Client owned or leased hardware and any future hardware purchased or leased by Client.

Related to Client Facilities

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.
