Client Environment definition

Client Environment means Client’s computer, hardware, software and operating environment, on which the TCS Application System or component thereof shall be installed for Client’s use in accordance with the Use Terms.

Client Environment means the Livescan Equipment and Solution Software installed at each Participating Agency.
