Client Entity means the Affiliate(s) of Client set out on the Cover Sheet who are designated to benefit from the Watch Volume Agreement (as amended from time to time upon written agreement between the Parties);

Client Entity means any person to which the Services are provided or are to be provided pursuant to an Agreement.

In instances indicated in advance by the Customer, and agreed by CGS, CGS may also act pursuant to instructions by telephone and such telephonic instructions shall be deemed to be Proper Instructions.
